Super Chai Hot Immune Elixir

This is a creamy and delicious warm winter smoothie that you can pour into a large mason jar with a water- tight lid and take it with you for your all day nourishment. This drink will require a HIGH POWERED BLENDER!


1 cup spring water
1/2 cinnamon (stick broken)
3-5 whole cloves
3 whole pepper corns
3-5 cardamom pods
1 star anise pod
small chunk of fresh ginger root (1/2 inch-one inch)
one nutmeg nut
½ cup raw almonds or Brazil nuts
1Tablespoon pumpkin seeds
1 teaspoon Milk Thistle Seeds

Place all of the above ingredients in your blender. Blend on high for one minute and then strain through a cloth or nut milk bag or a strainer. Mixture will be thick as we are using as little water as possible here so that our drink will be hot:-) Beautiful young girl drinking chai

*Add the strained liquid back into the blender.
*Then add to the blender:


1 teaspoon Maca Powder
1 thumb sized chunk of Cacao Paste cut into small chunks
1-2 teaspoons Coconut Oil
1 pinch of Himalayan Sea Salt
1 teaspoon Cordyceps Mushrooms Powder
1/2 teaspoon Chia Seeds


2 cups hot (boiled) water
1 teaspoon Tulsi Tea Leaves
1 teaspoon Nettle Leaves
1 teaspoon Dandelion Leaves
Pinch of Stevia Leaf (for sweetness)

Blend all ingredients together on medium speed for about one minute until very smooth and creamy. Liquid is HOT so make sure lid is secure! Taste the mixture and Sweeten to taste with stevia to keep blood sugar levels balanced–or you can use other sweeteners of choice. Try raw local honey…

Then fill the cup(s). Top with froth and lastly add freshly grated nutmeg. Enjoy!
