Raw Power Breakfast Porridge
Place all ingredients into a blender or Vitamix in this order:
2 teaspoons raw solid Cacao Butter (cut into small chunks)
¼ cup Raw Almonds
¼ cup Raw Organic Goji Berries (dried)
½ cup organic Rolled Oats or Barley
¼ cup organic Coconut Flakes
2 Tablespoons Raisins
1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
¼ teaspoon Chef’s Grade Vanilla
Pinch of Himalayan Sea Salt
Dash of Cinnamon and Nutmeg (optional)
Blend at low to medium speed in a blender or Vitamix until coarsely ground (the finer you blend it– the creamier your cereal will be). Put 1 cup of the dry mixture into a serving bowl and then add hot water to reach your desired texture. Stir and let stand for 2-5 minutes.
For a completely raw cereal you can soak the powdered ingredients overnight and enjoy this ready to eat breakfast in the morning. Store dry mixture in glass jar for weeks to have breakfast on the go.
Add Fresh Fruit or Berries on top.
