Raw Nori Wraps

These rolls have become a staple to many raw foodist households. Highly customizable, and easy to change when you only have a few ingredients in the fridge. Here’s one of our favorite Raw Nori Roll recipes.


Nori Seaweed Sheets
Lettuce, Spinach & Leafy Greens
1 Tbsp of Miso
1/4 Cucumber
1/2 Shredded Carrot
1/4 Shredded Daikon Radish
1/2 Red Pepper & Yellow Pepper chopped length-wise
Alfalfa Sprouts
1/2 Avocado
Body Love Blue-Green Algae
Pinch of Dulse Seaweed
Favorite Salad Dressing
Hemp or Sesame Seeds to garnish


Make sure that you leave about 1 inch of the nori sheet showing from the edge closest to you and also at the edge farthest away.  This will make it easier to roll, and close, when you are done layering ingredients.  Start with a bed of lettuce so the Nori Sheet stays dry and sog-free, then layer the Miso on your leafy-greens.  Add Cucumber, Red and Yellow Peppers, a nice layer of Alfalfa Sprouts, Daikon & Shredded Carrots, Spinach Leaves, Avocado and Chopped Dulse to finish.  Add Salad Dressing and sprinkle a touch of Blue-Green Algae to top it all.  Roll into wrap & garnish with Hemp or Sesame Seeds.
