Raw Golden Berry Chutney

Golden Berry and Mulberry Chutney (Makes about 2 cups)—a sweet tart mix of antioxidant rich mulberries and golden berries, with hints of Indian spices like ginger, cilantro, chili, and onion.

1 cup Mulberries
1 cup Golden Berries
1 teaspoon Ginger, minced
1 clove Garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Cilantro, finely chopped
1/4 cup Red Onion, finely chopped
1 teaspoon Jalapeno, chop, to taste
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil 

Begin by soaking Mulberries and Golden Berries in 1 cup of water for 3 hours or more to hydrate.  To make your chutney, in your food processor, place your ginger, garlic, and soaked berries.  Pulse into small pieces.  Add the rest of your ingredients, and pulse to mix well until thick and creamy.
