Raw Energy Workout Bar Recipe

1 cup raw organic raisinshealthy eating woman
1/2 cup golden berries
1 cup goji berries
1 cup organic walnuts
1 cup organic coconut flakes
1 cup raw organic sunflower seeds
2 cups Brazil nuts
1 cup raw organic pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup cacao nibs
1 cup organic rolled oats (optional)
1 Tablespoon ground vanilla bean
4 Tablespoons inulin powder
1 Tablespoon cinnamon
2 teaspoons himalayan sea salt
1/2 cup flax seeds
2 cups melted cacao butter

(optional for extra energy and stamina)
4 ounces Rainbow Superfood Smoothie Mix

Melt the cacao butter in a double boiler. Place the first five ingredients into a food processor and blend until finely ground and raisins are in small bits. Then, add all other dry ingredients and pulse until incorporated. Last, add the melted cacao butter and pulse until all dry ingredients are coated with cacao butter. Pour onto a cookie sheet and firmly press into pan. Chill, cut and serve.

These trail bars are high in protein and healthy fats providing all day energy while on the trail!
