Rainbow Superfood Smoothie
1 tablespoon of Rainbow Superfood Smoothie Mix
1/2 handful of soaked Raw Almonds
1/2 handful of Goji Berries
1/4 teaspoon of Vanilla Bean (Ground)
Approx 2 tablespoons of Raw Honey or Stevia
1 tablespoon of Vanilla Coconut Oil
1 Pint of spring water
Blend all ingredients together (preferably in a high power blender like Vitamix).
Feel free to be creative with this. Here are some variations:
- Replace water with Herbal Tea. We love chai rooibos tea, but peppermint is also wonderful.
- Use almond milk instead of blending with almonds.
