Gluten Free, Vegan, Raw Chocolate Cake

chocolate cake recipe with berriesTake this to your next party and delight everyone with this sugar free, gluten free, raw chocolate cake. It takes less than 5 minutes to make and is absolutely delicious! Dark, rich chocolate taste with a chewy, moist texture that is divine!

TOPPINGS:

Fresh raspberries, blueberries, strawberries and kiwis. Any combination of these works fabulous; or pick your favorite one.

Add all ingredients in the cake recipe to a food processor. Blend until mixture turns to fine crumbles that stick together easily when pinched. DO NOT OVER BLEND or it turns into a sticky gooey ball! The magic about this cake is getting the mixture just to the point of sticking together when pinched– but still keep the powder from getting too sticky. This will give your cake the best texture which is light and chewy. Pour the crumbly mixture out onto a beautiful serving plate or onto small individual serving plates. With your hands, firmly press the cake into any shape and size you like. Then top with fresh berries and/or kiwis just before serving. This cake can be made several hours or even a day ahead of time. Enjoy!
