The beans are then partially ground creating nature’s original authentic chocolate “chip.” Raw cacao is recognized for its ability to lift the spirits, reduce cholesterol, thin the blood, and strengthen the immune system. We partner directly with small-scale cacao growers to honor and preserve their traditional way of farming, thereby safeguarding the biodiversity of cacao in Ecuador.
