Add all ingredients in the cake recipe to a food processor. Blend until mixture turns to fine crumbles that stick together easily when pinched. DO NOT OVER BLEND or it turns into a sticky gooey ball! The magic about this cake is getting the mixture just to the point of sticking together when pinched– but still keep the powder from getting too sticky. This will give your cake the best texture which is light and chewy. Pour the crumbly mixture out onto a beautiful serving plate or onto small individual serving plates. With your hands, firmly press the cake into any shape and size you like. Then top with fresh berries and/or kiwis just before serving. This cake can be made several hours or even a day ahead of time. 2 Cups Fresh Raw Almond Milk

Acai Power Bowl

Serving size: 2-4 people

This tart and crunchy raw breakfast bowl is a great alternative to the typical grain based breakfast cereal.

 

 

Ingredients

1 or 2 organic apples diced into small cubes
¼ cup sprouted organic sunflower seeds (soaked overnight and rinsed)
½ cup shredded organic dried coconut
¼ cup sprouted almonds (soaked overnight and rinsed)
½ tsp of Himalayan Sea Salt
¼ tsp ground cinnamon
¼ tsp ground cardamom
¼ tsp ground nutmeg
1-3 tsp Raw Ground Acai Powder
1/8 cup organic raisins
1/8 cup Organic Goji Berries
2-5 Tb Inulin Powder
1 tsp Stevia Powder (if needed for sweetness)
Juice of one organic lemon

Assembly
Squeeze the lemon juice into a small bowl and whisk in the Inulin Powder (to desired sweetness). Put all other ingredients into a bowl and toss them together. Drizzle with the lemon juice mixture and toss again until well coated. Enjoy!

These free radicals are capable of attacking the healthy cells of the body. This may lead to damage, disease and severe disorders. Cell damage caused by free radicals appears to be a major contributor to aging and diseases like:

Overall, free radicals have been implicated in the pathogenesis of at least 50 diseases.

Since free radicals contain an unpaired electron they are unstable and reach out and capture electrons from other substances in order to neutralize themselves. This initially stabilizes the free radical but generates another in the process. Soon a chain reaction begins and thousands of free radical reactions can occur within a few seconds on the primary reaction.

This is basically the raw foodists version of unsweetened chocolate. Our cacao paste is never heated above it’s melting temperature–so all of the pharmacological aspects of the plant including the enzymes are left intact for the maximum benefit to your health.

 

Chia Seed Vanilla Pudding

Ingredientschia pudding with berries

2 cups fresh almond milk
2/3 cup fresh chia seeds
pinch of Himalayan Sea Salt
2 teaspoons Chef’s Grade Vanilla (ground vanilla beans)
sweeten to taste with stevia or raw honey

1 cup fresh berries (optional)

OTHER OPTIONS:
1/4 cup cacao powder for chocolate pudding
juice of one lemon and zest for lemon pudding

Blend all ingredients EXCEPT THE CHIA SEEDS in a blender for 1 minute and let stand for 30 minutes. Stir occasionally for a delicious tapioca style pudding. You can blend this mixture for a creamier pudding. Chill. Top with berries and serve.

LOW GLYCEMIC OPTION
**Sweeten with stevia leaf, inulin powder and/or xylitol for a low glycemic option.**
